IKFF & RKA CKT Level 2 Certification

Again the unique IKFF & RKA Certified Kettlebell Trainer Level 2 certification will be held at the Rotterdam Kettlebell Academy.

Where the CKT Level 1 certification focuses on the basics and mainly training with 1 kettlebell, the IKFF & RKA CKT Level 2 training dives deep into training with double kettlebells focused on kettlebell sport, such as double swing, double clean, double jerk, double longcycle (clean & jerk) and double snatch.

But also on all strength and athletic power exercises and all variants thereof, such as double half snatch, double press, double push press, alternating press, bottom’s up press, overhead squat, double overhead squat, pistol squat, windmill, sots press, two hands anyhow, bottom’s up push-ups, one legged deadlift and alternating cleans.

In addition, extensive attention is paid to programming training sessions and we also go deeper into your coaching and trainer “skills”. A fantastic full certification & training day, with international prestige, that offers a nice mix in the field of kettlebell training, kettlebell sport and kettlebell strength.

Barry Andre; “I have always had the goal to transfer the best possible knowledge and quality in the kettlebell field to the whole of the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Europe and to let people experience their real strength and capabilities with the help of the kettlebell. The kettlebell has given me a platform to get in touch with people throughout the Netherlands and even the world. But the kettlebell is a “tool”, a great “tool”, but it remains a “tool”. The deeper meaning behind training with kettlebells and of sport itself is how it changes how you move, how you feel, how you keep improving, relaxing and breathing. It’s life changing. I am grateful to be able to share all my knowledge with future students and would like to thank Steve Cotter, Ken Blackburn, Allan Fallrø and Mike Eves from the IKFF who got me this far.”
